The Board of Directors os SCG comprises of Chair Person Dr. (Mrs) Milina Sumathipala, Managing Director Mr.Jagath Sumathipala, Mr.Thilanga Sumathipala, Mrs.Samantha Sumathipala and Mrs.Samadara Sumathipala. The subsiders and major investments are grouped under three segments for effective purposes. Each of the subsidiaries has its own organization structure haeded by a CEO.
